In 2010, Caro released her debut masterpiece Deleted Scenes From The Cutting Room Floor and it took the charts by storm. Now she is finally back and catches up where she left off! The Amsterdam based jazz/pop singer once again takes us on a nostalgic trip down memory lane. After paying homage to the glitz and glamor of Hollywood in the glorious 40s and 50s, her second album The Shocking Miss Emerald is inspired by Paris at that time. Still not convinced? Check out Caro’s latest visuals to her first single Tangled Up above. We are not able to sit still while playing this jam at the office! On The Maestro, Caro sings about Karl Lagerfeld and picks up some of his timeless quotes. The new album by Caro Emerald is already in stores. Take a listen, it’s worth it!
Not only musically, but also fashion-wise Caro always scores. Even her style is sparkled by the 40s and 50s. The clou: she combines old-fashioned clothing with contemporary items.
